Green apple mousse 51.1%: green apple puree 47.4% (green apple 90%, sugar, apple natural flavour, anti-oxidant: ascorbic acid), cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), icing (contains potato starch), water, pork gelatin, thickener: xanthan gum.

Decoration 17.1%: raspberry icing (raspberry puree 50.4% (raspberry 90%, sugar), icing (sugar, water, wheat glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, gelling agent: pectin), dried crushed vanilla pod.

Half caramelized apple preparation 14.8%: apple pieces 74%, sugar, stabilisers.

Cream cheese preparation 9.6%: cream cheese 54.8% (cream cheese, salt, stabilizing agents (xanthan gum, guar gum), acidifier: citric acid, natural flavour), sugar, whole egg, creme fraiche, lemon juice and pulp, pure vanilla extract.

Speculoos biscuit 7.4%: speculoos crumbs 59.8% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (palm, colza), sugar syrup, baking powder: sodium acid carbonate, soya flour, salt, cinnamon), butter, icing (contains potato starch), wheat glucose syrup in powder.

Take the desserts out of packaging, place on plate and thaw in refrigerator for about 3 hours 30 minutes. This dessert is best served chilled but not frozen.
