Milk chocolate mousse 32.3%: milk chocolate 40.4% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), whole milk, egg yolk, sugar, water, pork gelatin.

Dark chocolate mousse 26.9%: cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), dark chocolate 25.6% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), liquid sugar (sugar, water), egg yolk.

Cocoa biscuit 23.6%: icing (contains potato starch), egg white, butter, almonds powder, wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, bean flour), cocoa powder 3.1%, invert sugar syrup, baking powder (disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, sodium acid carbonate, wheat flour).

Chocolate sauce 12.9%: liquid sugar (sugar, water), whole milk, crème fraiche, cocoa powder, wheat glucose syrup in powder, invert sugar syrup, chocolate powder 3.9% (sugar, cocoa powder), water, gelling agent: pectin.

Decoration 4.3%: dark velvet (sunflower oil, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour).

Take the dessert out of packaging, place on plate and thaw for about 2 hours at 0+4°C before serving. After defrosting, consume within 48 hour.
