Dark chocolate mousse 38%: cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), dark chocolate 25.6% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), liquid sugar (sugar, water), egg yolk.

Chocolate sauce 25.4%: liquid sugar (sugar, water), whole milk, creme fraiche, cacao powder, wheat glucose syrup in powder, invert sugar syrup, chocolate powder 3.9% (sugar, cocoa in powder), water, gelling agent: pectin.

Chocolate-hazelnut biscuit 21.4%: praline hazelnut paste 59.4% (hazelnuts 50%, sugar), milk chocolate 27% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), crispy rice (rice flour, sugar, barley malt extract, salt).

Decoration 15.2%: cocoa macaroons (sugar, icing (contains potato starch), almonds powder 20.5%, egg white, cocoa powder 6,5%, egg white in powder), icing (sugar, water, wheat glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid).

Take a portion out of packaging, place it on a plate and thaw for about 1 hour (at ambient temperature). This dessert is best served chilled but not frozen.
