Description:

Chocolate mousse: cream, dark chocolate. Vanilla cream: confectioner’s custard, liquid cream, pure vanilla extract. Shortbread biscuit: wheat flour. Red berries and currants jelly preparation: morello cherries, crushed raspberries, raspberry puree, redcurrant, blackcurrant, and coating. Decorated with red velvet and dark chocolate on cocoa biscuit.

Chocolate mousse 53.9%: cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), dark chocolate 25.6% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), liquid sugar (sugar, water), egg yolk.

Vanilla cream 14.7%: confectioner’s custard (whole milk, sugar, egg yolk, wheat starch, egg white (egg white, stabilizing agents: guar gum, xanthan gum)), cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), water, beef gelatin, pure vanilla extract 0.6%.

Shortbread 11.8%: wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, bean flour), butter, icing (contains potato starch), egg yolk, baking powders (disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, sidium acid carbonate, wheat flour), salt.

Red fruits jelly preparation 9.8%: morello cherries 18.2%, crushed raspberry 14.6%, sugar, raspberry puree 14.6%, redcurrants 10.9%, blackcurrants 10.9%, coating (water, wheat glucose syrup, sugar, gelling agents (pectin, carrageenan, xanthan), acidifier : citric acid), water, gelling agent : pectin.

Decoration 6.9%: red velvet (velvet (sunflower oil, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, butter oil, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), sunflower oil, colouring agent), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural aroma), sunflower oil.

Cocoa biscuit 2.9%: sugar, whole egg, egg white, wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, bean flour), egg yolk, cocoa powder 2.9%, invert sugar syrup.

Take the dessert out of packaging.
Place on serving dish and thaw for about 4 hours in refrigerator at + 4°c. This dessert is best served chilled but not frozen.
