Nougat Red Berries and Currants Cylinder

Nougat mousse 57.4%: cream (cream, stabilising agent: carrageenan), liquid sugar (sugar, water), egg yolk, nougat bits 7.9% (wheat or corn glucose syrup, cane sugar, almonds, hazelnuts, white egg, vanilla natural flavour), nougat paste 7.9% (almond 53%, sugar, wheat glucose syrup, honey, sunflower oil, egg white in powder, vanilla natural flavour), hazelnut paste, beef gelatine, cocoa butter.

Red berries and currants coulis 25.3: raspberry purée 24%, water, sugar, strawberry purée 15%, blueberry purée 12% (blueberry 90%, sugar), blackcurrant purée 9% (blackcurrant 90%, sugar), lemon condensed, gelling agent : pectin.

Decoration 9.3%: velvet coating (sunflower oil, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk in powder, butter oil, emulsifying: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), sunflower oil, colouring agents (beet juice, titanium dioxide, iron oxide).

Almonds biscuit base 8%: liquid egg white (egg white, stabilising agents (guar gum, xanthan gum)), almond powder 23.7%, icing (contains potato starch), sugar, wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, bean flour, acidifier: ascorbic acid, enzymes).

May contain traces of other shell fruits.

Take the dessert out of packaging, place on a plate and thaw in refrigerator for about 3 and a half hours.
