White Chocolate mousse 56.7%: cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), white chocolate 33.7% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), whole milk, beef gelatine.
Raspberry coulis 21.4%: raspberry puree 54.9% (raspberry 90%, sugar), water, sugar, raspberry pieces 10.9%, gelling agent: pectin.
Decoration 11.8%: ivory velvet (sunflower oil, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk in powder, butter oil, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), icing (sugar, water, wheat glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid), raspberry, sunflower oil.
