Coffee and speculoos confectioner 92s custard 53.6%: confectioner 92s Custard (whole milk, sugar, whole egg, thickener: modified corn starch), cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), speculoos powder 9.3% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat and oil (palm, colza), sugar syrup, baking powder: sodium acid carbonate, soya flour, salt, cinnamon), natural liquid coffee extract 4.6% (coffee, water, sugar).

Puff pastry 23.6%:  whole egg, wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, malted bean flour, enzymes, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), water, whole milk, butter, salt.

Decoration 22.8%: coffee fondant (fondant (sugar, wheat glucose syrup, water, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), liquid sugar(sugar, water), coffee paste 1.6% (coffee, water, sugar)), speculoos crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat and oil (palm, colza), sugar syrup, baking powder: sodium acid carbonate, soya flour, salt, cinnamon), sugar seeds, chopped almonds.

May contain traces of other nuts.

Take the desserts out of packaging, place on plate and thaw in refrigerator for about 3 hours. Take the dessert out 5 minutes before serving.
