Description:

Blackcurrant mousse with cream and blackcurrant purée (blackcurrant). Apple sweetened preparation with apple bits. On a biscuit. Covered in blackcurrant glazing coating, blackcurrant purée (blackcurrant) and blackcurrant chocolate bits.

Blackcurrant mousse 65.8%: cream (cream, stabilizing agent: carrageenan), blackcurrant puree 21.5% (blackcurrant 90%, sugar), sugar, whole milk, water, beef gelatin.

Half crystallised apple preparation 16.2%: apple pieces 74%, sugar, stabilizing agents.

Decoration 9.3%:  blackcurrant icing (icing (sugar, water, wheat glucose syrup, gelling agent : pectin, acidity regulator : citric acid), coating (water, wheat glucose syrup, sugar, gelling agents (pectin, carrageenan, xanthan), acidity regulator : citric acid), blackcurrant puree 28.5% (blackcurrant 90%, sugar)), blackcurrant, white chocolate chunks (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla natural flavour).

Biscuit 8.7%: whole egg, almond in powder, icing (contains potato starch), egg white, wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, bean flour), sugar, butter, egg white in powder (egg white, stabilizing agent: xanthan gum).

May contain traces of soya, celery, mustard, other nuts.

Take the desserts out of packaging, place on plate and thaw in refrigerator for about 3 hours. This dessert is best served chilled but not frozen.
